Genesis sought to establish a landmark experience centre within the iconic Battersea Power Station development. The objective was to create an environment that not only showcased their fleet of luxury vehicles but also embodied the brand's philosophy of treating customers as esteemed guests. Achieving this within the constraints of a historic and architecturally significant building presented unique challenges.

G&T was appointed to lead the design and procurement phases, ensuring the seamless integration of Genesis' vision into the Battersea Power Station space. Collaborating closely with Genesis and the design team, we facilitated the transition into a traditional building contract, overseeing the implementation of bespoke features such as mirrors that allow customers to view various angles of each vehicle. This meticulous attention to detail ensured the creation of a relaxed and unpressurised environment, aligning with Genesis' commitment to exceptional customer service.
