K1 will see the construction of 79 affordable homes (60 Social and 19 Intermediate) for the London Borough of Southwark to offset the private apartments in Phase 1A. Delivered within the Canada Water Masterplan off Roberts Close, the site borders the Russia Dock Woodland.
The five/six storey building is arranged in a c-shaped configuration around a central courtyard that provides a communal garden for residents.
The apartments have been designed to have dual-aspect views in every home and benefit from private balconies. The building has its own external energy centre.
