Lewisham Gateway Phase 2

With excellent transport connections, this final phase will be operated by Get Living and will provide 530 residential apartments and 119 for co-living alongside 25,000 sq ft of retail space, 15,000 sq ft of food and beverage space, a gym, 10,000 sq ft of offices and a nine-screen cinema. The buildings range in height from six to 30 storeys and completion is anticipated in 2023.
