Proskauer - 8 Bishopsgate

Proskauer Rose LLP, a US-headquartered global law firm, required a high-quality Category B fit out across Levels 22–25 of 8 Bishopsgate, one of London’s landmark office towers. The challenge was to create a premium, client-facing environment that balanced the needs of private offices, collaborative spaces and hospitality areas within a vertical, high-security building, while aligning with the firm’s brand and operational requirements.

G&T provided Cost Management, Project Management and Life Cycle Costing services to manage the design and delivery of the fit-out, transforming four floors into a fully functional legal workplace. The scheme included cellular offices, staff breakout spaces, feature accommodation staircases, a prestigious client reception and a suite of high-specification meeting rooms. We oversaw coordination between contractors, designers and the building’s base build management to ensure quality, programme and budget objectives were met without disruption to the wider tower operations.

The completed fit-out provides Proskauer Rose  with a refined, efficient and welcoming London base, combining privacy for legal work with inviting spaces for collaboration and client engagement.
