The St John's Wood Square Project is the proposed masterplan for the super-prime residential development of the existing St John's Wood Barracks, together with 1-7 Queen's Terrace.
The project comprises private and affordable residential units split into townhouses, apartments and duplex units of between three to five storeys across nine individual buildings. A common basement space will provide car parking, plant space and spa/health club facilities.
The development includes the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Riding School into a swimming pool with leisure facilities and social function areas.
1-7 Queen's Terrace will be a retained façade, incorporated into the new build affordable housing block.
