G&T is supporting the delivery of The Arch Company's major capital expenditure programme involving a £200m investment across the 5,000-property estate to improve the spaces offered to tenants through refurbishment, change of use and adaptation to grow the rental income.
To date we have assessed the viability on 60+ schemes, led the estimating and procurement for 20+ approved schemes and are currently on site with five projects. These projects range from <£1m to £10m+ and offer high quality industrial and food & beverage space to tenants in both London and Manchester.
