Mental Health Roadshow

In support of Mental Health Awareness Week G&T hosted a mental health roadshow, bringing employees together to learn more about the importance of nurturing both our mental and physical health.

As part of G&T's wellbeing initiatives, the roadshow included a variety of activities from desk yoga to smoothie bikes. Employees were also given the opportunity to undertake a full health and lifestyle review with a qualified practitioner.

A Building Resilience session focused on increasing employees' understanding of mental health and why being aware of when we are struggling is so important. Plus, information on how to support others who might be feeling stressed or managing mental health issues.

At G&T we champion the importance of positive mental health. Through initiatives such as these we make sure everyone has support by creating a nurturing working environment. Our Mental Health Frist Aid Network means we have a dedicated team of supporters aiding conversations surrounding mental health and our Employee Assistance Programme gives free access to a counselling and online resources.
