G&T partner Steven Bennett has been appointed to the board of the City Property Association.
The role will see Steve contribute to the association’s work on the issues shaping London’s built environment including development, regeneration and the long-term success of the capital.
Steve is a partner and board member at G&T with over 30 years’ experience across major development, masterplanning, mixed-use and commercial projects. His appointment provides an opportunity to bring practical project and market insight to industry discussion, while strengthening G&T’s engagement with clients, peers and public sector stakeholders across London.

Through the board role, Steve will work alongside senior figures from across the property industry to support discussion on the practical issues affecting development and investment in London. His experience advising on complex projects will help inform debate on how schemes can be planned, procured and delivered in a way that responds to commercial pressures while supporting the long-term quality and resilience of the capital’s built environment.
The appointment will also give Steve direct insight into the priorities, challenges and opportunities shaping London’s property market. G&T looks forward to working closely with the City Property Association and using this engagement to support future thought leadership and commentary, helping to translate industry discussion into practical insight for clients and project teams.
