Marcus Calnan

Marcus is the partner-in-charge of the Chicago office and works in cost management and estimating from project concept through to handover and close-out. As a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), he advises clients in technology and corporate workplace, ground-up development, media and creative workplace, and broadcast and production facilities. He also provides cost planning, cost consultancy, and market intelligence.
