Michael leads MEP Technical Services at Gardiner & Theobald, with more than 15 years of experience across the design, engineering, construction, and advisory industries. Beginning his career in MEP engineering before moving into construction management and owner's representation, he identifies infrastructure risk early, guides owners through complex building systems decisions, and develops practical solutions that enhance performance across the asset lifecycle, from due diligence and planning through design, construction, commissioning, and optimization.
