It takes specialists who know the territory.  G&T's Technical Services group brings that expertise together, from the foundational scopes of building enclosures and MEP infrastructure to specialty lines including vertical transportation and broadcast systems integration. Enclosures & Façades (E&F)

The building enclosure is where performance, resilience, compliance, and capital risk converge. As the system responsible for controlling water, air, vapor, thermal, and structural performance, it plays a critical role in protecting occupants, preserving asset value, and avoiding costly failures with unplanned capital expenditures. Our specialists provide expertise across the full enclosure scope—roofing, waterproofing, air/vapor barriers, curtain walls, fenestration, and opaque wall systems—supported by building science, functional performance testing, with specialized services including in-house certified building enclosure commissioning (BECxP), and Local Law 11/FISP compliance management.

MEP

Building infrastructure is one of an owner's largest capital investments – and one of its greatest operational risks.   Our independent MEP Technical Services team manages the planning and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and controls projects, from asset assessments and capital planning through design oversight, procurement, commissioning and closeout.  Whether modernizing aging infrastructure, increasing utility capacity, implementing electrification strategies, or navigating Local Law compliance, our sole focus is protecting the owner's investment while maintaining operational continuity.

Vertical Transportation

We provide dedicated project and cost management for elevator and escalator modernizations, replacements, refurbishments, and new installations, planning through closeout.

Broadcast Systems Integration

Broadcast infrastructure runs on specialized hardware, software, and networks – and changing it carries risk that needs specialized project management attention. We provide broadcast system integration for studio builds, moves, and changes, and for any organization running live-feed environments: corporate headquarters, auction houses, podcast studios, and mobile production units.
