Unanimous approval for Fabrix’s ultra-urban industrial and logistics hub in central London
Bromley-by-Bow Industrial Park has received consent for 135,000 sq ft of industrial space in London borough, Tower Hamlets.
The 4.7-acre site has been assembled by our client - developer Fabrix - over several years to regenerate one of the most centrally located, undeveloped and large-scale Strategic Industrial Location sites in London.
Architects Haworth Tompkins is providing a super-prime industrial design which will promote ultra-urban industrial and logistics uses, supported by a circular economy hub and affordable workspace, in high-quality buildings that will achieve EPC “A” and BREEAM 'Excellent'.
G&T is providing Project Management and Cost Management services for the project.
