Inside Ned's Club, Washington DC
Gardiner & Theobald provided project and cost management services for Ned's Club Washington, DC — the latest outpost of The Ned & Ned's Club brand, delivered on behalf of Soho House & Co.
Located within the Milken Center, the 45,000 SF multi-floor renovation transformed Floors 1, 9, 10, and 12 into a high-spec, multi-use hospitality environment. Designed by Soho House Design with Stonehill Taylor, the completed club brings together restaurants, bars, lounges, event spaces, a rooftop terrace, and back-of-house facilities — all delivered within a live, mixed-use building.
The result is a refined member experience that meets the operational complexity of one of DC's most prominent addresses.
