G&T has supported Baha Mar since 2006. Now, we're delivering Project and Cost Management for the resort's $700M beachfront expansion: 345 guest rooms and 77 luxury residences, designed by Foster + Partners.
The groundbreaking at Baha Mar’s new $700 million beachfront expansion has officially taken place.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the expansion will cover approximately 12 acres and is scheduled to be completed in 2029. G&T is providing both Project and Cost Management services to the new 345 guest rooms and the 77 luxury branded residences, expanding the capacity of Baha Mar and strengthening local job creation and tourism in the Bahamas. G&T’s engagement at Baha Mar continues from 2006, and we are excited to deliver this next phase of expansion.
