Andrew joined G&T in 2006 and has over 25 years of experience in reviewing and monitoring construction projects on behalf of funders. He has worked across diverse sectors, including office, retail, residential, healthcare, industrial, leisure and hotels, managing projects ranging from £0.5m to £500m. His experience and expertise allow him to identify development risks early and to work proactively and pragmatically with both developer and funder to mitigate and manage the risks for the successful completion of the project.
