Jess brings more than 12 years of experience leading teams across large-scale masterplans and complex redevelopment projects. A proactive and organised leader, she manages multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on key milestones from planning through to completion. Her strengths include navigating complex infrastructure requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and using placemaking and meanwhile initiatives to sustain engagement throughout long-term programmes. She is also a member of the firm's Mass Timber Forum.
