33 Portland Place, a Grade II* listed Georgian townhouse in Marylebone, required a comprehensive refurbishment to convert it into a luxurious private residence. The project involved extending the basement to include a 13-metre swimming pool, spa and cinema facilities, as well as a rooftop extension to create additional amenity and entertainment space.
