The Spireworks

The Spireworks is a new student accommodation development providing 137 studio rooms over three floors with retail at ground floor.
The project involved refurbishment of an existing food store and construction of three new storeys above. The foodstore was vacated early in the programme to enable removal of asbestos and construction of the new frame and foundations before being re-fitted and re-opened.
The new student accommodation includes a gym, games room, lounge areas, laundry room, yoga room and landscaped terraces. Secure cycle storage has also been provided to encourage sustainable travel.
