The campus is complete and ready to welcome students.
G&T attended the handover ceremony for Fife College’s new Dunfermline City Campus, marking a significant milestone in this landmark educational development. The college will soon open its doors to students, offering state-of-the-art facilities designed to support innovative learning.
As appointed providers of Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Cost Management and Principal Designer services, we supported the delivery of this collaborative project involving Fife College, Fife Council and key partners. The development brings together St Columba’s RC High School, Woodmill High School and the College’s Halbeath Campus on a single, purpose-built 58-acre site.
The campus features industry-standard workshops, centres of excellence in Engineering, Construction, Built Environment and Sport, as well as conference and innovation hubs and extensive outdoor learning spaces. Notably, it is the first building in Scotland constructed to meet the Scottish Government’s Net Zero Public Sector Building Standards, setting new standards for sustainability in public sector education buildings.
G&T is proud to have played a role in bringing this innovative project to fruition.
