Rosewood Hotel Renovation completes
The renovation of the Rosewood Hotel in Dallas included newly refurbished guestrooms and suites together with an inviting lobby. The works were completed to coincide with the hotel's 40th anniversary.
G&T provided Project Management services on the multi-million dollar, 100,000 sq ft renovation which was recently featured in the Travel/Hotel section of The Robb Report.
"Renovating the iconic Mansion at Turtle Creek, the first Rosewood Hotel, proved to be a challenging but rewarding project for all involved. The property was updated to 21st century Rosewood standards while maintaining the classic nature of the historic mansion."

Originally built in 1925 as a private estate, the 142-room hotel boasts original architecture influenced by 16th century Renaissance Italy and the restored features include marble floors, hand-carved fireplaces and stained glass windows. The new spaces also include a specially curated art collection, including 50 custom-created works.
The new guestrooms, suites and lobby mark the latest of the mansion's recent developments following the new pool and event lawn in 2018.
