A structural engineer by training, Luis moved into project management and now runs projects from G&T's Miami office. His work spans high-rise and mixed-use developments, healthcare, hospitality, residential and retail rollout, in which he delivers procurement, project controls, and cost & risk management while keeping the technical picture clear for everyone involved in the project.
