Associate Uwais Paderwala and project surveyor Blair Hercules are named as G&T’s New London Architecture’s (NLA) and City Property Association’s (CPA) NextGen Representatives.
Taking over as members of the NLA and CPA NextGen committees Uwais and Blair will play an important role in shaping the 2022 programmes, whilst promoting increased collaboration across our NextGen partnerships. The groups include a variety of professionals, agents, architects, developers, planners and investors from some of the industry’s top organisations - all of which are dedicated to supporting a more sustainable and diverse London.

G&T Project Surveyor
Blair joined G&T in 2018 as a graduate surveyor on the firm’s Chartership Programme. Based in London he specialises in commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. Through his role as G&T’s CPA NextGen representative, he hopes to encourage new talent into the industry, championing resilience and inclusivity across the City.

G&T Associate
Uwais joined G&T in 2011 as an apprentice. Now an associate, he works within the commercial sector. A strong advocate for apprenticeships he helped create the industry’s leading trailblazing programme for apprenticeships and was named RICS Apprentice of the Year in 2019. Having presented the NLA Sounding Board’s key industry asks at the LREF NextGen Reception, he hopes to continue to support the groups hard work by encouraging real change.
