Landsec's N2 reaches Practical Completion
The penultimate phase of Landsec’s mixed-use Nova campus, n2, has reached practical completion.
G&T provided Project Management for the new 165,000 sq ft prime office building which has sustainability at the forefront of the design. The building has achieved BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, WiredScore Platinum and is also targeting WELL Gold to enhance occupant wellbeing
