Merit Energy's New HQ Takes Shape at Two Lincoln Center

G&T is proud to be providing Project and Cost Management services for Merit Energy Company's new headquarters at Two Lincoln Center, scheduled for completion in May 2026.

The new 104,034 SF office will span three floors, creating a dynamic space to support Merritt’s future. The recent installation of their signage marks an exciting milestone and a visible step forward in bringing this headquarters to life.

This project wouldn’t be possible without Melanie Lane, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Terry Gottberg at Merit, who have been great to work with and have been supporters of this incredible project. A special shoutout to Matthew McBrayer at Kainos Collective, who shot the incredible drone work of the new signage.
