Alastair joined G&T in 2005 and has extensive experience across a broad range of sectors. He has a proven track record of delivering proactive Cost Management services, thinking beyond his discipline to add value at every stage of a project. Over the years, he has been involved in several large-scale programmes, bringing strategic insight and expertise to complex projects. His ability to navigate challenges and provide innovative solutions ensures successful project outcomes for clients.  Alastair is also an APC Assessor and a member of the firm's JCT Contracts community.
