Paddy is an experienced chartered surveyor with expertise in procurement, cost and commercial management. Specialising in infrastructure—road, rail, water, and energy—he has a strong track record of delivering complex, high-value projects. Paddy excels in developing and implementing procurement and commercial strategies for both public and private sector clients across a wide range of programmes.  His is also an APC Assessor and a member of the firm's NEC Contracts forum.
