Since joining G&T in 2015, Tom has contributed to numerous high-profile projects across various sectors, managing both pre- and post-contract responsibilities for new construction/refurbishment, masterplanning and infrastructure, adopting both the JCT and NEC forms of contract. More recently, he has developed a specialism in feasibility appraisals, supporting developer clients with speculative schemes and planning viability assessments, providing strategic insights to optimise project potential.
