G&T has expanded its operations across the South West and Wales, strengthening its regional offer in both the built environment and infrastructure sectors as demand grows for major regeneration, housing, energy and decarbonisation programmes.
The firm has brought its teams together in an upgraded Bristol workspace within Newminster House, supporting closer integration between its Cost Management, Project Management and Infrastructure services. The move provides additional capacity for team growth and enhanced project delivery facilities, enabling G&T to coordinate complex, multidisciplinary programmes from a single regional hub.
G&T has delivered projects from Bristol since 1997 and now supports a broad range of public and private clients across the region. Current work includes large-scale regeneration at Silverthorne Lane in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, redevelopment of Bristol Zoo, Ministry of Defence programmes, and housing, commercial and education projects throughout South West England and South Wales.
Its Infrastructure team is also expanding its clean energy and utilities portfolio across the region, supporting programmes in pumped hydro, long-duration energy storage, battery energy systems, wind and solar projects, geothermal heating, hydrogen pilots, high-voltage grid upgrades and utilities infrastructure. Recent schemes include hydrogen trials for Wales & West Utilities, infrastructure for Gravity Park’s planned Gigafactory, Future Biogas facilities and Project Olympus.
“Our growth across the South West and Wales reflects the scale and ambition of programmes coming forward in the region. By bringing our teams together and investing in our Bristol base, we’re enhancing the coordination and depth of service we can offer to clients, backed by the firm’s national expertise.”Andrew Smith
