This project involved the demolition of existing Normandie Hotel and excavation of six levels of basement in one of the busiest junctions in London, to construct and create 85 luxury rooms and apartments.

Amenities include a bar, fine dining restaurant, a large ballroom, a private cinema and a 2,000 square meter Spa and fitness centre with 25 meter indoor pool.
