We provided Project and Cost Management, CDM Co-ordinator Role and gave Sustainability advice for the construction of a new build permanent headquarters complex for the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park Authority. The project has sustainability at its core to embody and project the philosophy of the National Park. Designed by Page/Park, this two-storey building houses up to 122 staff with touchdown facilities for board members and partner agencies.

The building uses sustainable materials (including timber, sheep's wool insulation, local stone etc) and runs on biomass renewable energy. It has been recognised by the Carbon Trust as the Low Carbon Building of the Year for 2009. It was BREEAM 'Excellent' rated and has won 13 industry awards to date.
