Capital, lifecycle replacement, facilities management and utility cost estimations were all used to build up whole life costs to enable the client to develop future finance strategies. Whole life cost analysis on alternative heat source options and roofing insulation was carried out in support of BREEAM accreditation, with whole life cost savings of £3.1m identified.
