Working in conjunction with Arup, we have been commissioned to provide Development and Project Management services for the programme of improvements at Heathrow Terminal 4. Our involvement ranges from orchestration of the client development brief and strategic programme of investment for the baggage handling system to project management of the delivery stage for terminal refurbishment works.

Throughout, this programme is characterised by complex stakeholder requirements, challenging deadlines and budget constraints.
