We provided Project, Cost and Development Management services as well as acted as CDM Co-ordinator for this PPP procured scheme for 47 civil courts incorporated in a significant sustainable high rise building. At 16 storeys high its striking design incorporates cantilever floorplates extended unsupported for up to 15m. It also has an 11-storey atrium.

The building won a number of awards including 'Project of the Year' at the Building Awards for sustainable design, 'Best Public Building Award', 'Rose Design Award' and 'Architecture Grand Prix Award'.
