Landmark Plc, a premium serviced office provider, is one of the first tenants to occupy the newly completed Heron Tower, taking three floors (Levels 17-19). The fit-out was the first within Heron Tower to be competitively tendered in the open market with previous floors having been completed by the landlord, Heron Properties.

G&T worked with the designers to create a flexible working space that allows Landmark to respond rapidly to their market. The reception area is finished to a very high standard and includes a spiral staircase linking all three floors.
