We Cost Managed this project to provide 457 new student bedrooms and a 5,574 m² facility building for Social Sciences.

This project involved the construction of a seven-storey teaching block including lecture theatre, classrooms, seminar rooms, music practice rooms, atrium and breakout space, coffee bar, office accommodation and support facilities.
